String Quartet in G, KV 156 (Milan Quartet No.2)

This Quartet was composed in Milan, Italy in 1772. It is one of famous String Quartet among his early period works. It is remarkable that the melody in the first movement resembles “Lacrimosa” of his last work, Requiem KV626. The second movement is written in E minor and particularly beautiful.
